Gradel Light Weight is a fiber winding technology (carbon, glass, flax, or basalt) to produce diverse parts as required. Whether flexible or structurally stable, space or consumer compliant, for limited or mass production. Gradel prides itself on the automation machinery to produce complex parts that are optimized for your needs.

While traditional winding techniques are generally limited to symmetrical rotating parts, this innovative method is appropriate for 3D hybrid parts. In traditional fibre parts, Geometries are limited to 2D shapes and or complex mould manufacturing. With our process, we can use both techniques. When the fibres of composite materials are oriented according to the desired functions and the load cases, intelligent ultra-light structural components can be produced. The advantage of the process are manifold; it makes it possible to absorb forces in all directions of space by optimizing the amount of material used. The highly innovative technology is therefore both a tool for resource conservation and sustainability.
