Mixing top of the shelf software with our own internally developed tools, we start the development and optimization of your standard piece into a lighter composite version.

To validate our piece, functionality and to even understand its behaviour, we perform different types of test.
Test going from tension, compression, impregnation, etc.

After preliminary tests, quality control and your validation for the use of the part, we can as well offer a serial production in our 600m2 space located in Luxembourg.

Alternatively, we offered the possibility of a production in your facility with the purchase of our GRAM equipment and a customized training by our team.
Engineering Process
FEA & Simulations
We use some of the highest validated tools use in aerospace engineering as foundation of our process, combined with our internally developed tools specifically developed for our process.
Material calibration
Once we have completed the part´s design, the FEA analysis and simulations, we validate this results by winding samples with the exact material and specifications we proposed to each unique project.
