allows for the seamless combination of any fiber and resin system. While it is necessary to determine specific parameters and strength characteristics for each unique fiber-resin combination, the overall cost is significantly reduced compared to traditional methods such as tow-pregs.

Leveraging our advanced GRAM winding head in combination of industrial robots ensures efficient and precise fiber tension-controlled fiber placement. The system includes preheated resin and hardener tanks, ensuring optimal temperature control during the impregnation process.

Our winding head is designed to handle both two-component and mono-resin systems. With the ability to dose resin and hardener in precise ratios, we achieve consistent and high-quality results. Additionally, our patented process monitoring technology, commercialised under the name of GRAM ensures reliable impregnation and offers valuable data for quality assurance purposes.

The GRAM system seamlessly integrates with 6- to 9-axis industrial robot systems through a quick-change flange, enabling automatic changeovers and maximizing productivity.
